Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, including site quality inspection plans, in accordance with ISO 9001.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on quality assurance and quality control matters.
  • Lead and develop the QA/QC team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Monitor and report on project quality-related activities and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships, including with project teams, operational teams, and support teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a QA/QC position, preferably in the energy sector (highly desirable in the renewable sector).
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering.
  • Proficient skillset with Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, installation project quality management, and analytical methods.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Lead/Internal auditor certification (desirable).
