Key Responsibilities

The Senior member of the Finance team will be responsible for ensuring all company tax obligations are met in accordance with external and internal deadlines. This involves reviewing income tax returns, schedules and forecast analysis for all legal entities.

Review monthly PAYG payments, quarterly income tax provisions, including forecast analysis for all legal entities.

Work closely with other Finance team members, internal departments, DLL Group Tax, Rabobank Australia Tax team, Tax advisors and auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of all tax compliance requirements.

Keep up to date with tax regulation changes and provide tax advisory assistance to the business on new transactions.

Tax Control Framework Development

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Tax Control Framework by updating Tax Manuals and performing tax control testing.

Complete all Group Tax Internal Tax Compliance requirements, including GTTER reconciliations and Compliance attestations.

GST Apportionment and Review

Review annual GST apportionment calculations and coordinate testing on tax reports and tax data from Leasing and financing systems.
