We seek an accomplished Property Transaction Manager to oversee the entire real estate transaction process. This role is pivotal in meeting customer requirements for property needs while aligning with our strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and partners to deliver cost-effective, strategically aligned real estate solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with internal customers to understand their property needs
  • Supporting property strategy development, including divestment and acquisition
  • Negotiating commercial terms with land and building owners or overseeing broker-led negotiations
  • Providing commercial assistance to the legal team and assisting in contract negotiations

You will be responsible for creating business processes and documents that support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will lead annual and mid-year valuation programs by managing external providers.
