A Customer Focused Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service through various communication channels including phone, email and in-person interactions.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Process and manage customer transactions efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer Focus: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to resolving customer issues.
  • Organisational Skills: The ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
