Job Overview:

The Business Operations Lead is a key leadership role responsible for managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality service at our sites. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing effective leadership aligned to our organization's values, mission, and operational plans.

  • Fostering a collaborative environment that ensures all aspects of our Service Delivery Model are delivered to a high standard and compliance requirements are met on an individual and site level.
  • Driving team performance and productivity, ensuring consistent delivery of commercial returns while producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants.
  • Nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the growth and success of our organization.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in Employment Services and case management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in day-to-day management and coordination of effective teams, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance.
  • A strong ability to overcome obstacles and break down barriers that exist for people experiencing unemployment, with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
