Senior Client Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our client partnerships. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to expand existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.
About the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the mining or oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
