Club Operations Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and organized Club Operations Assistant to join our team. This role will involve working closely with the club operations team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve retention goals by maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service
  • Oversee membership accounting issues and concerns, working collaboratively with the team to resolve any problems that may arise
  • Initiate company programs and initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports to senior management
  • Maintain a positive and calming phone manner when interacting with members

Requirements for Success:

  • Previous experience in accounts or a related field, ideally within the fitness industry
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
  • The ability to accurately record and report key figures to senior management
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail
  • A team player, able to work effectively in a collaborative environment
