Key Performance Indicators Analyst

The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining and analysing store replenishment thresholds based on performance. They should also have experience in developing and managing new item allocations across the store network, liaising with wholesale partners, managing order processing with the supply chain team, generating sales and profit reports, and actioning stock requests.

Additionally, they will be required to deliver allocations and inventory plans for peak trading seasons and provide support to the merchandise planner with ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and numerical thinking.
  • Attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
