We are currently seeking a skilled Crisis Responder to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys working with individuals who have experienced an accident in the workplace, sudden death or injury, or other workplace change.
As a Crisis Responder, you will deliver quality, short-term psychological interventions to promote recovery and ongoing resilience. You will work with multiple delivery methods, including onsite, phone, and video sessions, and provide managerial/organisational support and small group educational sessions.
To be successful in this role, you must be a fully registered Psychologist (AHPRA) or Social Worker (AASW). You should be able to build relationships quickly, work well in high-pressure critical response situations, and have strong written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. They will also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering quality, short-term psychological interventions
- Providing managerial/organisational support
- Leading small group educational sessions
