Job Role Summary

A senior process engineer with expertise in applying advanced engineering principles and techniques to complex problems. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engineering Compliance: Stay updated with departmental design guides, standards, systems, and applicable engineering codes. Apply independent knowledge and interpretation to assigned tasks.
  • Quality Enhancement: Consistently apply knowledge and comply with the quality program relative to assigned tasks. Provide guidance and direction to others on the project and discipline.
  • Deliverable Preparation: Prepare complex engineering deliverables. Perform research and develop recommendations for equipment and/or materials selection. Manage assigned tasks, schedules, and quality requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal/external team members on moderately complex projects.
  • Client Focus: Assist with identifying key client interests and drivers on less complex projects. Communicate client interests and drivers to project team members. Develop approaches to accommodate these concerns.
  • Innovation and Knowledge Sharing: Design a complete project of moderately complex scope within an assigned practice area(s).
  • Team Management: Assist with performance management processes, mentoring, recognition, and corrective actions required.
