Security Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Security Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage firewall rule requests, including review, approval, and implementation, as well as requirements for NAT and VPN.
  • Maintain VPNs terminating on the firewall and update next-generation firewall features and signatures, such as IPS/IDS/antivirus/antibot/DNS sinkholing.
  • Configure and manage proxy servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve proxy-related issues and maintain proxy policies, including access control, operating guidelines, and security measures.
  • Update and optimize IPS/IDS/antivirus/antibot/threat prevention signatures and maintain IT security processes, policies, and standards.
  • Perform incident management, troubleshooting, resolution, and 24/7 on-call support.
  • Acquire hardware and feature licenses and maintain IT security processes, policies, and standards.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • 2-5 years of experience managing firewall policies and infrastructure.
  • Advanced experience working with firewall management technology, preferably Check Point.
  • Working knowledge of searching for logs in Splunk and demonstrated experience with NAT, VPNs, IPS/IDS, networking, TCP/IP.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing proxies.

Desirable Skills:

  • Netskope and Cisco WSA.
  • Cisco ASA.
  • Algosec.
