Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Public Liability Lawyer/Associate/Senior Associate to join our public liability personal injury space. This role involves managing your own files, working with one of our most experienced and respected practice groups nationally, and mentoring and guiding more junior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Instrumental in managing a Public Liability practice
  • Continually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new business
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
  • Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously

Requirements

  • Previous experience and a passion for Plaintiff Public Liability law
  • Superior communication skills
  • A calm and easy-going nature
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues and challenging clients
  • Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
  • Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
