About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lawyer/Associate/Senior Associate to join our Public Liability practice group in Sydney CBD or Canberra Offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of public liability cases, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a Public Liability practice, including case management and client relationships
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships
  • Maintain exceptional negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
  • Mentor and guide more junior staff in the practice group
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Plaintiff Public Liability law
  • Superior communication skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Calm and easy-going nature, with ability to handle sensitive issues and challenging clients
  • Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
  • Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
