We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Dental Area Manager to join our team at AB Dental & Medical. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multi-chair practice in Sydney's CBD.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Dentists, Dental Assistants, and Receptionists to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize appointment book utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with ADA and AHPRA policies and guidelines, as well as infection control procedures.
- Manage and coordinate the purchase of stock, and oversee the recording of accurate financial information for report generation.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members to ensure their growth and development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management, with a proven track record of leading a large team.
- Strong knowledge and application of infection control processes, with a Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred.
- Experience with Oasis, Examine Pro, and HAMBS software is beneficial.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
