This is a high-profile opportunity to lead the design and implementation of bespoke generative AI solutions for clients. You will work directly with our clients to solve their most complex challenges, leveraging your expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns, intelligent agents, and robust data pipelines.

The role requires hands-on, end-to-end delivery of projects from inception to deployment, ensuring operational excellence and strategic success. Key responsibilities include designing and developing cutting-edge AI applications, implementing CI/CD workflows, monitoring model performance, and presenting compelling Proof of Value demonstrations to client stakeholders.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives, providing clear communication of complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. This includes translating client challenges into practical functional and technical requirements, as well as delivering technical presentations and demos that showcase business impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience building advanced AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns.
  • Practical skills in frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and platforms such as the Google AI Development Kit.
  • Proven track record of building and deploying production-quality Python solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience implementing MLOps and automated CI/CD pipelines to deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong team player with professional cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) in architecture, development, or ML.
