About the Role
  • Lead Data Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable data strategy aligned to business objectives, leveraging data analytics and visualization tools to inform decision-making.
  • Data Governance: Oversee data quality, security, and compliance to ensure accurate and reliable insights.
  • Build High-Performing Team: Lead and manage a high-performing data team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Architecture and Infrastructure: Design and implement data architecture and infrastructure to support business growth, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
  • Communicate Insights: Effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and other key partners.
Requirements
  • Strong Business Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools, programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
