  • Strong background in a high-volume, professional hospitality environment
  • Outstanding communication skills with a commitment to exceptional guest service
  • Leadership skills and experience working in, or leading, a successful team
  • Knowledge of stock management, including ordering and inventory
  • A valid RSA and competency card
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
