Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Cook/Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals for children aged 4 months to 6 years.

Our centre is committed to providing high-quality care and education, and we require a candidate who shares our vision.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and preparing meals, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed relevant vocational qualifications in Commercial Cookery;
  • Experience working in a childcare kitchen environment;
  • Confidence to manage a kitchen;
  • Ability to develop a rotating and exciting menu for children, including those with allergy and intolerance requirements;
  • Reliability, positivity, and organisational skills.
