Calling all aspiring IT Support Technicians Baltic Apprenticeships are thrilled to be partnering with Atlas Cloud to hire their next IT Apprentice

Atlas Cloud offers reassuringly secure IT solutions to recruitment agencies, law firms/chambers and other security-conscious industries.

You will be an essential part of the team, responsible for providing first line support, excellent customer service, working on hardware issues, escalating issues and so much more to enhance your skills to reach your true potential

In this role, you'll work towards your IT Level 3 Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

- First point of contact for all customer inbound support calls, emails and web chats.
- First time technical fixing of incidents for customers where appropriate
- Ticket queue management, ensuring incidents are allocated to the correct resolver group
- Customer focused approach to troubleshooting
- A commitment to achieving SLA targets for customers
- Monitoring of hardware remotely, and technical troubleshooting on-site / in person
- Ownership of daily system checks and pro-active alerting systems including remediation or escalation

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

- Salary – £23,000
- Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

- Strong focus on customer service, and going above and beyond for customers
- Ability to fact find and troubleshoot difficult technical server and workstation issues
- Microsoft Office365 technical knowledge and experience
- Microsoft Windows Server technical knowledge and experience
- Motivated to self-learn, in work time and in personal time

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.

You'll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you'll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.

You'll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
