About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, interacting with customers, and providing exceptional service.

  • As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter, completing rental transactions, bookings, and contracts, promoting our products and services, inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness, and cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you are looking for a dynamic and rewarding role where you can make a real difference, we encourage you to apply.

We're Looking For
  • A full and valid driver's licence.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to use computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
