Healthcare Quality Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced leader in quality management with a background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Licence and Accreditation Management: Identify and maintain necessary licences and accreditations for Linfox Healthcare.
- Regulatory Relations: Manage relations with regulatory bodies and corporate stakeholders on quality matters.
- Quality Management System Development: Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with regulatory and client requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead, recruit, and manage a team of quality and compliance professionals.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across quality and compliance functions.
- Audit Response: Ensure timely and effective responses to audits and adverse findings.
- Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy or a Science discipline.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in GxP-regulated industries, ideally in pharmaceutical quality/compliance.
- Leadership Experience: Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Quality Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Quality Management principles (GMP, GDP).
- Relationship Management: Experience managing relationships with regulatory authorities and clients.
- Critical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
