Job Title: Maintenance and Security Support Officers

Maxima is seeking experienced security professionals to fill 2 Maintenance and Security Support Officer positions within our organization. These roles will be responsible for providing maintenance and security services to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of buildings and facilities.
  2. Providing security services to protect people and assets.
  3. Assisting with logistical support for various events and functions.
  4. Monitoring public areas to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Current C class driver's license.
  2. Current First Aid certificate.
  3. Experience in basic building maintenance.
  4. QLD security license (Class 1).
  5. Blue card - working with children - or willingness to obtain.
  6. Ability to undergo a pre-employment functional assessment.
  7. Previous experience in the security industry.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to use computers and maintain accurate records.
  10. Physical ability to perform maintenance work and manual handling activities.
