We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sorting Room Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sorting and processing of donated items at our Uniting Op Shop Hub in Brunswick
  • Train and supervise volunteers to ensure high-quality stock for the shop floor
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace while overseeing daily operations

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing efficient systems to sort and process donated items, training and supervising volunteers, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and charity retail, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. We encourage productivity, imagination, innovation, change, and development in our team members.
