About This Role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead the design and documentation of road, earthworks, drainage, and civil infrastructure projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to join our team and contribute to major developments in Western Australia.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver complex infrastructure challenges and collaborate with clients to enhance relationships and deliver outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and coordinating the design and documentation of road, earthworks, drainage, and civil infrastructure projects
  • Developing technical and leadership skills through on-the-job and formal training
  • Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of quality and precision
  • Engaging with clients and multi-discipline teams to deliver high-impact projects
What You Need to Succeed
  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 7+ years proven design and management experience in road, earthworks, drainage, and general civil infrastructure projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of key design standards and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities
