Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our indoor glasshouse space. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of casual staff and reporting directly to the Production Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is physically fit, enjoys working in a diverse and friendly team environment, and is eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the team working in your area to work efficiently and effectively while following all safety procedures.
  • Picking stock to standard and ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Chemical sprays (once trained and when required).
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment at all times.
