Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market strategy to drive revenue growth and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead high-performing teams and build trust, influence, and motivation in others.
  • Manage financial and commercial aspects of large and complex portfolios of projects.
  • Develop and win bids, and ensure governance compliance.
  • Provide leadership, management, and engineering/technical guidance to the team and its staff.
  • Manage financial performance of projects, including P&L accountability.
  • Direct key staff recruitment, resourcing, and development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, team-working, and influencing skills.
  • Highly experienced in financial and commercial management for large and complex portfolios of projects.
  • Experience of successful negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Experience in developing and winning bids and their governance.
  • Contractual, commercial, and project delivery knowledge, including large, complex, and firm price projects.
  • A well-rounded leadership and management background with demonstrable experience of project portfolio management.
