Job Summary

About the Role
  • Teaching Subjects: Science and Religious Education
  • Contract Type: Temporary Full-Time

The successful candidate will have the ability to plan and implement effective teaching and learning strategies, as well as demonstrate a commitment to engaging with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment based on PB4L principles.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies in Science and Religious Education.
  • Analyse data to inform student learning and use assessment strategies to support student growth.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
  • Hold relevant qualifications for teaching Key Learning Areas and be registered to teach with NESA.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and possess strong organisational skills.
