In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to identify the skills and potential barriers to employment, providing support to develop skills and abilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build positive relationships with employers and participants
  • Actively promote and market participants to potential employers
  • Achieve sustainable employment outcomes for participants

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication skills with well-developed verbal and written skills
  • Self-motivation and initiative with well-developed organisational skills
  • Interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
