We are seeking an experienced and skilled Content Developer to support the creation of engaging content for our YouTube channel.

This role will focus on producing immersive content that inspires gaming communities, strengthens our brand, and tells a compelling story.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality long-form YouTube content from concept to execution
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, plan, and script video ideas that establish us as a leader in IRL gaming content
  • Help organize and oversee shoots, managing logistics and talent coordination
  • Brief and manage editors to ensure high-quality edits that align with our creative vision
  • Lead communication and workflow across creative teams to ensure accurate exchange of information
  • Work with the social media team to promote our videos and engage with the gaming community
  • Analyse video performance and audience insights to refine strategies and improve future content
About You
  • 2+ years of experience in content development, preferably YouTube content
  • Strong understanding of YouTube content trends, pacing, and audience engagement strategies
  • Execution-focused, with strong logical thinking and ability to turn ideas into well-structured, high-quality content
