Leading Mental Health Professional

As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care to children and adolescents with mental health issues.
Responsibilities include providing supervision to staff members, contributing to service delivery improvements and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills are essential for this role. You will also have experience leading quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation.
This is a permanent full-time position in CAMHS – St George Mental Health Service. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality care and services to children and adolescents with mental health needs.
