The Role

Our Maintenance division specializes in servicing and maintaining earthmoving machinery and stationary engines. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for workshop and 'on-site' servicing, diagnostics, and repair works. You will primarily work on Caterpillar models, but also handle brands from Volvo, Komatsu, and Hitachi.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting service and diagnostic activities across various earthmoving equipment
  • Completing on-site repairs, including tasks in a timely manner and to a very high standard
  • Performing workshop repairs and component rebuilds in our fully equipped workshop located in Rocklea

About You

To succeed in this role, you must be a qualified diesel mechanic or diesel technician with experience working on earthmoving equipment. A high attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment are essential. Your capacity to work with minimal supervision within a team, display a positive attitude, and demonstrate sound problem-solving skills will make you well-suited for this position.

  • Be physically fit
  • Pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Hold a Construction Industry Card (White Card)
  • Be willing to travel to and from projects
  • Immediate start
