  • Strategic Leadership: Display leadership by overseeing staff development, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analytical Expertise: Leverage spatial analytical rigour to interpret complex land, housing, infrastructure, population, and employment information for informed decision-making.
  • Project Management: Successfully lead and manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outputs.
  • Technology Adoption: Optimize the use of GIS and ETL technologies within the team, with a focus on innovative solutions and efficient data processing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Spatial Services, other state agencies, local governments, and infrastructure agencies.
  • Communication Skills: Coordinate, prepare, and present quality correspondence, submissions, presentations, briefs, and reports on complex issues.
  • Mentorship: Provide leadership and technical guidance to team members, promoting career growth and development.
