About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our leadership team in Canberra. As a key member of our Property and Buildings team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering civil engineering projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing communication and professional relationships with clients
  • Lead and deliver current civil engineering projects from inception through to construction
  • Work in a varied, hands-on role with a leadership angle across design management, superintendency, and site surveillance
  • Delegate and supervise the work of junior engineers
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting
Requirements
  • Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects in a consulting environment
  • Well-versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector
  • Strong client relationship management and project management skills
  • Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes
  • Proficiency with 12D and Civil 3D (desirable but not essential)
  • Drainage software experience preferred
