About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our corporate finance team, focusing on financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop advanced financial models covering project economics, capital structures, and investment returns.
  2. Support debt and equity financing processes, engaging with lenders, investors, and advisors.
  3. Prepare high-quality investment papers, board presentations, and financial analyses to inform senior decision-making.
  4. Conduct due diligence on new developments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  5. Assess M&A and partnership opportunities, including valuations and risk-return considerations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or infrastructure advisory. Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise is essential, as well as exposure to capital raising, transaction execution, and stakeholder management.
