Job Title: Corporate Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Credit Analyst. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to leverage their expertise in commercial lending to drive growth and success.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large corporate and financial institution clients, structuring, underwriting, negotiating, and monitoring financing solutions for their clients associated with syndicated loans, bridge financings, hedging, leasing, and treasury management products.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of credit risk analysis and conclusion-oriented analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions and lead internal discussions. You will also be required to negotiate legal documentation related to loans and derivatives, interface with internal control partners and external regulators, and train and mentor junior staff members.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 7 years' experience in commercial and/or corporate lending environments, with a deep understanding of loans, trading & treasury products. Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of risk, support, and business partners.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
