Are you a motivated and driven individual looking for a new challenge in the Automotive Industry?

We're seeking an enthusiastic and confident person to initiate outgoing calls, purchase pre-owned vehicles for resale, and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.

This opportunity allows for guaranteed success with our extensive training program, ongoing support, and attractive commission structure.

As a Buying Liaison, you will:

  • Action and follow up warm leads
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections through online photos and videos
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
  • Utilise your strong negotiating skills to achieve desired outcomes

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly driven and self-motivated, and have a proven ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets within a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, they should be a fast learner with the ability to follow process and procedures, possess a valid Victorian Drivers Licence, and have the ability to complete a successful National Police Check.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer focused with a friendly and enthusiastic approach
  • No prior Automotive experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
