Job Title: Automotive Title Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. As an essential member of our staff, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of title work, including processing outgoing trades, re-assigning trade titles, preparing titles for auctions, and stock-ing in used vehicle purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock in Dealer Trades and process title work for outgoing trades
  • Re-assign all trade titles
  • Prepare titles for auctions
  • Stock in all used vehicle purchased
  • Perform basic and routine accounting functions
  • Maintain log for returned finance contracts
  • Receipt payment and issue checks for dealer trades
  • Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
  • Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Previous automotive dealership accounting experience required
  2. Working knowledge of title processes
  3. Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills
