The Security Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple housing sites.

About the Role:
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate performance and address site-specific issues
  • Manage security officer recruitment, training, and evaluation for assigned estates
  • Provide regular briefings and debriefings with security staff
  • Address disciplinary issues and performance management
  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits of the estate
  • Evaluate compliance with policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Ensure all sites adhere to licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and contractual obligations
  • Regularly audit and inspect for quality assurance
  • Support and guide site teams in handling incidents, emergencies, or investigations
  • Review incident reports, identify trends, and implement preventative measures
  • Promote a culture of safety and professionalism across the team
  • Coordinate the rollout and standardization of security technologies
