Lifting and Rigging Equipment Inspector


Job Description:

As a skilled inspector of lifting and rigging equipment, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of equipment on site and in our workshop. Your duties will include inspecting chain slings and wire ropes, producing test reports to NATA and ISO standards, and collaborating with the team to ensure compliance with WH&S regulations.

You will work both on site and in our workshop, enjoying the freedom to work independently with the support of a collaborative team. You will have opportunities to travel to client sites, including mines, with paid overtime and travel allowances.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect lifting, rigging, and height safety equipment on site and in house
  • Produce and test chain slings and wire ropes
  • Complete and issue compliance test reports
  • Travel to client sites, including mines, with paid overtime and travel allowances

About You:

We are looking for a mechanically-minded individual with experience in production, manufacturing, or equipment servicing. Relevant rigging qualifications and knowledge of WH&S regulations are highly regarded.
