Senior Regional LeaderAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Leader to drive growth and excellence in our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure team training, support, retention, and accountability to performance expectations
  • Develop and champion strategies to enhance a positive work culture, fostering teamwork and well-being
  • Develop and implement individual clinician career development plans to support clinical growth and caseload development
  • Lead by example by maintaining a clinical caseload (minimum expectation of 21 billable hours per week)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years clinical experience
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA membership
  • Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Current Working with Children or willingness to apply for a one
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Satisfactory Police Check
  • Current Medicare Provider Number or capacity to obtain
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required, including the requirement to travel & work across multiple sites
