Our organization is currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our IT department. This role will involve providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, as well as network problems related to VOIP and other systems.
  • Support and manage key systems including Microsoft 365, Azure, Storman Cloud, 8x8, MDM, FreshService, and Jira.
  • Oversee the deployment, management, and secure decommissioning of IT assets.
  • Ensure seamless user onboarding, offboarding, and account management processes.

In this role, you will be working closely with our team to deliver exceptional technical support services to our clients.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a multi-site IT support environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, MDM tools, and ITSM platforms.
