Job Overview

This is a challenging role that involves planning and scheduling of rail infrastructure maintenance.

  • The National Yard Maintenance Planner plays a key role in developing, managing safe, compliant, and efficient processes to achieve business objectives and drive optimal performance.

About the Role:

  • This is a Permanent - Full Time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop short to medium-term maintenance plans that meet Aurizon's standards.
  2. Ensure rail infrastructure maintenance plans are scheduled and completed on time.
  3. Convert scheduled rail infrastructure maintenance plans into detailed inventory demand plans.
  4. Implement rules and processes to support planned maintenance.
  5. Communicate clearly across teams to ensure everyone follows the same maintenance plan.

About You:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Mandatory experience in Maintenance Systems, Excel, and SAP.
  • Hold an open 'C' Class Drivers Licence.
