About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished clinical leader to spearhead our team of speech and language pathologists. This pivotal role will see you providing comprehensive leadership, governance, and oversight, driving best practice standards, fostering practitioner development, and ensuring exceptional clinical services.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders within a therapeutic framework to empower customers with complex allied health needs.
  • Deliver customised speech and language pathology services in line with organisational values and person-centred approach.
  • Offer clinical guidance, supervision, and training sessions to enhance team skills and promote professional development among speech therapy staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft personalised treatment plans integrating input from families and caregivers.
  • Conduct relevant therapeutic reports, functional assessments, and information gathering with customers to develop reports relevant to NDIS needs.
Key Requirements
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Speech Therapy.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong commitment and professionalism to customer-centred care.
