  • Guide design and code reviews, mentor peers, and raise the technical bar for your team.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Extensive experience in building complex, user-facing applications using modern frontend technologies.
  • Strong JavaScript fundamentals and a deep understanding of the web platform.
  • The ability to take ownership of features end-to-end—from architecture to delivery—and thrive in environments where they drive the 'how.'
  • A balance between attention to detail and pragmatism, consistently shipping quality code at speed.
  • A collaborative mindset, working well across disciplines and proactively bringing others on the journey.
  • An understanding of the bigger picture—how their work connects to product goals, user experience, and long-term scalability.
