Frontend Development Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Frontend Development Lead to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for spearheading high-quality frontend features that are accessible and perform well.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of frontend features, collaborating closely with skilled colleagues in Engineering, Product, and Design.
  • Mentor technical decisions related to frontend architecture, frameworks, tooling, and testing.
  • Adhere to established engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members by offering technical support and conducting peer reviews.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to enhance product outcomes through experimentation and data-driven iteration.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in full-stack software development, with a focus on frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React (preferred), AngularJS, or Vue.js.
  • Proficiency in bundling, linting, testing, and release processes within the frontend ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with backend development, including REST APIs and microservices.
  • Comfortable working within CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and code quality controls.
