Civil Engineer Role

We are seeking a professional to lead urban and road projects from concept to completion. This key position involves managing civil design, documentation, and project coordination for various clients across regional areas.

Our focus is on delivering master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes. We aim to transform urban downtowns, suburban centers, small towns, and rural areas—and the multimodal corridors that connect them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and project managing urban and road projects from feasibility through to construction
  • Preparing technical reports and specifications
  • Providing technical expertise to clients and supporting projects
  • Managing projects, including scheduling and budget preparation
  • Coordinating between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects
  • Undertaking site inspections and contributing to knowledge development
  • Maintaining relationships with key clients and assisting in business development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree
  • Experience in civil engineering design and delivery, preferably with roads experience
  • Sound understanding of current civil engineering technologies and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
