Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Civil Infrastructure Specialist to join our Community Development team in Hervey Bay. In this permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the civil design and documentation on various urban infrastructure and roads projects across the region.

The successful candidate will have experience in designing and delivering roads projects, with a strong understanding of current civil engineering technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, coordination, and project management of urban and road projects from feasibility through to construction
  • Prepare technical reports and specifications
  • Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects
  • Manage projects including scheduling and budget preparation
  • Coordinate between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects
  • Conduct site inspections and contribute to the development of our knowledge and skills in civil engineering

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and project delivery
  • Project management skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills
