Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our reporting team as a Data Insights Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate data to internal and external business users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of system and workflow strategies to promote consistent and accurate data throughout the organization.
  • Work with business units and reporting team members to identify and document data needs across the distribution units.
  • Collect, update, and distribute data to internal and external MFS business users in compliance with the Portfolio Holdings Disclosure Policy.
  • Develop standard reporting processes and reviews to support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc requests using existing reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 0-2+ years' experience in portfolio administration, reporting or analysis in the financial services industry.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational skills required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, spreadsheet proficiency required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different groups/individuals through written communication or in person.
