Job Description:

As a Personal Care Worker/Assistant In Nursing, you will provide high-quality patient care in various settings. You must be friendly and have an enduring personality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compassionate patient care in hospitals and aged care facilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Ageing.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in public or private hospitals, MPS sites, or aged care settings.
  • Basic Life Support certification, Manual Handling, Aseptic Technique, Hand Hygiene, and Mandatory Reporting.
  • Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check, ID check, NDIS Check Clearance, Serology Reports/Immunisation Record, and Australian Working Rights.
