About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior leaders in the Wealth Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support, including diary management, email management, and coordination of travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, email management, and coordination of travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparation of agendas, pre-reading papers, and action items.
  • Manage workload and ensure leaders are well-prepared for meetings and deadlines.
  • Assist with the coordination of Town Halls, offsites, and other events.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations and delegate issues to other team members as needed.
  • Coordinate completion of business reports and ensure operating rhythm is met.
  • Manage expense submissions and process manual invoices as required.
Requirements
  • Secretarial/administrative qualifications and experience in Microsoft Office products.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated work experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 3 years supporting at Managing Partner or Managing Director level.
  • Financial services industry or professional services experience desirable.
  • High levels of forward thinking, delivery orientation, initiative, and planning.
  • Outstanding diary management, planning, and organisation skills.
  • Proactive approach to issue management on behalf of the team.
  • Excellent people management skills, including interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
